Vivolux is a high-tech sleeve that is worn on the right arm. The aim is to make the user relax at any point during the day. Vivolux makes simple mediation possible anywhere.
Wellington, New Zealand
Multiple forms of meditation can be preformed using Vivolux that involve equal breathing. The user sits down and folds the hands over the mouth and nose. Vivolux measures the breath intensity and translates this into light shown inside the user’s hands. The user can focus the breathing rhythm; the light is also an indicator for others not to interrupt. Vivolux is made from New Zealand lamb leather and works with a high power LED, sound sensor and humidity sensor. The sleeve is controlled by an Arduino lilypad.
